Interpretation of Our Terms
The term “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
The terms “Website”, “We”, “Our” or “Company” mean LegitEssayWriters.com
The terms “Client”, “Customer”, “You” or “Yours” refer to anyone who visits LegitEssayWriters.com to purchase services and transfer payments.
The term “Product” refers to the original content written by any of our writers and delivered to the Client based his or her instructions as a digital document.
The term “Writer” refers to a person employed by LegitEssayWriters.com as a freelancer and whose responsibility is to provide research and writing services to the Customer according to the Company’s Agreement.
Order Placement and Registration
The order placement process begins when the Customer fills out the order form on our Website or by asking Support Staff to assist them with doing so.
The Customer must provide all the necessary order details including the scope, parameters, as well as the terms of delivery. The customer is responsible for providing this information and in case he or she has difficulties, he or she is welcome to ask for assistance from the support team.
In order to successfully place an order with our Company, the Customer also needs to register his or her profile with their full names, email address, and a preferred personal password.
After placing the order, the client can track the status of the order. possible statuses of the job are:
“Active” refers to an order that is currently being written by the writer.
“Delivered” refers to an order that has been completed by our writer and submitted for the client to approve.
“Completed” refers to an order that has been approved and downloaded by the customer.
“Cancelled” refers to an order that has been voided by the client or refused by our writer.
The Company has a standard pricing for orders depending on the Type of assignment, Academic Level, and the Deadline. The payment for the Product is calculated according to these three factors and should be paid in advance. The Company starts to process the Order only after the payment for the Product is made and is authorized.
Order volume. By the Company Standards, Order volume is measured by the number of words written. One double-spaced page is equivalent to 275 words, and one single-spaced page is equivalent to 550 words.
Change of Order details. The Customer may provide changes to the order details before the order is assigned to a writer. After a writer is assigned to an order, any changes that influence the volume, urgency, or complexity of the Order will attract additional payment.
Resources. The Customer is responsible for specifying and providing specific resources if needed for the completion of a particular Order. The Customer should upload the source(s) before the Writer is assigned the order.
Communication. The Customer is free to communicate with the Writer via the messaging board beside the order in progress. The client can also communicate with our support team using the messaging system on the Website.
Order Progress tracking. The Customer can track his or her order progress by logging into his/her personal account and viewing the progress. The writer is obliged to provide a draft of the paper to the customer upon his or her request. Additionally, the support team can help the customer track the order progress.
Order delivery. The Company is held responsible for delivering the Product as per the customer’s instructions and deadline. In case additional time is required, the support team will communicate with the client. Once the writer completes the order, he or she will upload the file on the order to make it available for the client to download from his/her personal account with the website. The customer is responsible for downloading the Product on time.
Order Revision. The Client has the right to request for revisions without incurring extra costs as long as no new instructions are added to the order. The Company is entitled to ask for additional payment in order to complete the Revision if the revision instructions contradict the initial Order instructions.
Accepting the Terms
We are required to provide the Client with the Terms and Conditions, as well as other policies, and the Client is required to read and follow them. Upon using the services of Smartessay.org, the Client is automatically obliged to comply with all rules and regulations.
Editing, Deleting, and Modification Agreement
You acknowledge and agree that We may unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time to time as any such changes will be reflected in this section of Our Website.
By using our Website, you acknowledge that any Product we give you is solely for personal and non-commercial use. The Product can only be used as a model answer and to provide research assistance.
